A significant catalyst in our journey has been our strategic partnership with JLL Spark, the venture capital arm of JLL. Our initial goals with JLL Spark were focused on building awareness, generating interest, establishing credibility, and articulating the clear need for a platform like Dealpath within the institutional CRE community. Together, we embarked on several key initiatives:

  • Strategic engagement: Participation in the JLL Client Advisory Board (CAB), providing us with invaluable insights from senior executives at JLL’s largest global investment management clients. 
  • Industry presence: Joint participation in key industry events such as the JLL Spark Portfolio Summit, ICSC in Las Vegas, EXPO REAL in Munich, and MIPIM in Cannes, significantly amplifying our brand visibility.  
  • Scaling at a global level: Bridging local expertise with global capital 

Real estate assets and business plans are inherently local. Conversely, institutional capital operates globally.
